Sunday Link Love and Announcements
Another Sunday. I didn’t write a single post this week, but others have done many good ones. Here are the best posts for this week:
- Why Teens should try Making Money Now
- How to crack into Google’s servers and find Keyword Gold
- You Can Have a Killer Blog
- How to Find Profitable and Hot Niche Easily and Quickly
Melvin in his blog talked about why teens should start saving making money. I agree with his views. I mainly blog for experience and pride
. There was a very informative post at John Cow about a useful little tool called Google Insights. Ryan from Smarter Wealth wrote a post about how he could spend 8 hours a day in creating a mammoth blog. Only if I had 8 hours of free time for my blog everyday.. And lastly, Desmond wrote a post on how to find hot niches.

Hey guys! A very happy Sunday to you all. Let’s kick off this Sunday by rewarding the best posts this week with some link love. So here they are:
- Five Most Under-rated ways to Make Money Online
- Guest Post Marketing for your Blog or Website
- Twitter - My thoughts after 4 Months of Use
- How to make sales from your blog and earn profit
Desmond again shed some light on the lesser known ways of making money online. Jim wrote about doing guest posts to market your site. He even suggests that we outsource the work of writing the posts
. Jeremy of Shoemoney.com wrote about his experiences with twitter after 4 months of using it. One look at his stats shows that he gets most of his visitors from twitter. That is enough to get people to start using twitter. And last but not the least, Balkhi wrote a post on how to make sales from your blog.
For all those who are about to buy domains, here’s a little coupon that you will surely find useful. Just use the coupon code 199TEST on Godaddy and get a .com domain for $2.19. That’s a big saving for those who buy a lot of domains. Thanks to Jason from The University Kid for pointing it out. You can also thank me for pointing it out to you.
Also, I’m selling my proxy Unisurfer.info which is one month old. Till now it has earned over $8 within this one month. If you wish to buy it, just contact me. The minimum bid is $20. And the BIN price is $40.
In the real world
It was a pretty busy week for me. My exams are coming up soon (on October 29). We have holidays until 28 because we have a big festival coming up, Diwali. On this day, people play with crackers and fireworks. This is gonna be a very wonderful day because all my friends are coming to my home and we’ll have fun bursting crackers. Happy Diwali to you all! ![]()
Sunday Link Love and Updates
The first two people to comment here will win a 125×125 for one week on my blog. Just give me the link to your banner in the comment and I will put it up right away.
Let’s take a look at what happened this week:
- Lack of Posting - I wasn’t doing any posts this week because I was extremely busy with school and other stuff. Sorry for that. I will get back to writing good content from now.
- New Header design - Did you see the new header? Of course you did. My blog got a new header and a theme tweak done by Sparx Media. I got in touch with him on Digital Point forums. He was doing free designing to build up his portfolio. I love his work and I’ll surely hire him for my future designing needs. Hey I want to hear your opinion on how the new design looks.
- New Blog - I started a new blog yesterday - Badminton Blog. I’m a great badminton fan and I wanted to start a blog related to the sport so that I can meet other people interested in badminton. Its brand new, so there is not much content yet. What do you think?
Here are the link updates for this week:
- Google Keyword SEO : Friendly Niche Marketing to Dominate your Competition - I liked the content that Jim posted. Good ways to market your website for sure.
- I liked Desmond’s post where he explained how He earned $560 even in this bad economy. I can see that the sales at Sitepoint forums are dropping. People are not much willing to buy sites in times like this.
- Tom of Standoutblogger has written a post on 5 ways to take your blog to a new level. Great post. I always find that Tom gives the best posts on blogging tips. Keep it up Tom.
Well that’s all the for the updates for this week. Tell me how you liked the new design in the comments below

Sunday Link Love and Announcements
First of all, I’m sorry for not posting. I was busy with exams at school. So here’s the link roundup for sunday.
- Internet Marketers think they know everything - Let’s prove them Wrong
- Five Ways to Keep Blogging Fun
- Practice Flipping Turnkey Websites when Starting out

Saturday Link Roundup - 13 September
Here’s the link roundup for this week:
- Tragedy Strikes with the First Official JohnCowTV Broadcast - The Cow has been COWnapped
- You Have to Build a Team of Specialists to Maximize Website Flipping Profits
- How to Get Clients as a Freelancer
- Contests will make you sick money
First things first. News broke out from John Cow TV that the Cow has been kidnapped ..er, cownapped. No one clearly knows who kidnapped the Cow, but many suspect that the cow has been taken away by some evil internet marketer or Garry Conn. I think that Garry Conn was involved and sent the cow, perhaps to the meat market. But Garry Conn, although happy about the situation, denies this. This is certainly the most entertaining news I’ve heard on the internet for a long time.
Desmond on his blog as again given us some good advice on website flipping. He recommends that you have to build your team if you’re into website flipping to save costs and time. Lucas, of Net Strife, despite being busy is still delivering the top-notch, smashing posts that he promised. On his latest post, he talks of how to get clients as a freelancer.
Jason from The University Kid has written a wicked post on how contests can make you sick money. In his post, Jason explains how he uses contest arbitrage to increase a blog’s subscribers which in turn increases the website’s value while flipping.
P.S. If you’re looking for some entertainment, I recommend that you check you the John Cow TV.

I had a pretty busy week. But I received a pleasant surprise recently - I won the comment contest at Shoemoney and the t-shirt that I have won is on its way. I’ll try to upload a picture of me wearing the shirt too.
- What you can learn from a Newbie’s first flip - Desmond has done a case study of a guy who earned $55 from his first website flip. I like the tone and the way Desmond writes his posts. Keep it up!
- Speculating Political Trends - Jim from The Net Fool started two blogs, McCainsBlog.com and BaracksBlog.com. He is intending on selling these two blog domains for a high price. Go check it out.
- Do you possess great Internet Marketing Skills? - Lucas has written a great post on how to know if you possess great internet marketing skills. Lucas, as always, continues to impress me by the quality of his posts.
Well, those are some of the good posts for this week. Enjoy your Sunday!
